We are an Egyptian company which started operations in mid 2013 in the field of solar energy. We are a renewable energy developer and Engineering, Procurement and Contracting (EPC) projects & services provider in both Solar PV and Solar Thermal applications.
We are qualified by the Ministry of Electricity to develop utility scale projects and have successfully concluded the co-development of 100 MWp Solar PV plants under the Round II FIT program with our partners in Benban/Aswan. We are also licensed by the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) in Egypt to design, install and connect to the Grid, solar PV roof top plants according to the Egyptian regulations and codes.
We grew in the Egyptian market with an edge in engineering capabilities, wide range of renewable applications, top service quality as well as a very dynamic and competent team. The founders of SolarShams come with a cumulative experience of over 20 years in renewables, 50 years in energy and 100 years in engineering and management.
