SolarShams is qualified by the Ministry of Electricity to develop utility scale projects and has successfully concluded the co-development of 100 MWp Solar PV plants under the Round II FIT program with our partners in Benban/Aswan. SolarShams is also licensed by the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) in Egypt to design, install and connect to the grid, solar PV roof top plants according to the Egyptian codes and regulations.
The company qualifies in partnership only with the top 5 worldwide key technology providers who recognize SolarShams as a local partner, e.g. Jinko Solar, Hanwha Q Cells, Schneider Electric, Fronius, APS, Arcelor Mittal…etc.
The company has a wide range of project references (see more details in the projects section) and is also qualifying for ISO certifying its quality, H&S and environmental systems. The company takes its social and environmental responsibilities very seriously.
