SolarShams implemented one of the biggest Car Shade Solar PV plants in the Middle East & Africa at the Schlumberger HUB, 6th of October Industrial City in Egypt. The 435 KWp Phase I Solar PV plant in the car parking lot was engineered and constructed by SolarShams in close cooperation with Hassan Allam Construction, EHAF Consulting, ArcelorMittal and financed by SAIB Bank.
The self-consumption plant constructed with Hanwha Q-Cells panels and Schneider Electric inverters was successfully tested and commissioned according to the IEC standards, entering into full operation and supplying 100% of the electric energy needs for the HUB at this stage.
